Every rental includes delivery, pickup, a standard rental period, and two tons of disposal weight. Final pricing depends on dumpster size, rental length, and the type of debris. We keep everything upfront with no hidden fees. Visit our Pricing page for more details.
14‑yard – Small to medium cleanouts, yard debris, light renovations
16‑yard – Roofing projects, garage cleanouts, medium home projects
20‑yard – Large renovations, estate cleanouts, contractor jobs
Each rental includes two tons (4,000 lbs). Anything over that is billed at $95.00 per ton.
2 tons = 4,000 lbs.
2–3 bedroom home cleanout: 1–2 tons
Small bathroom remodel: 0.5–1 ton
Medium kitchen remodel: 1.5–2 tons
Roofing shingles: 200–250 lbs. per square (20 squares ≈ 2–2.5 tons)
Sofa: 150–250 lbs.
Wet yard debris: 1–2 tons when a 14‑yard dumpster is full
Rentals include a standard multi‑day period. Extra days can be added for a small daily fee.
We offer same‑day and next‑day delivery whenever possible.
Driveways are the most common placement, and we use driveway‑friendly equipment. Dumpsters can also be placed in yards or on the street (permits may be required). Placement of dumpsters in yards requires a waiver for yard damages.
Allowed: household junk, construction debris, furniture, yard waste.
Not allowed: paints & chemicals, tires, batteries, liquids, propane tanks and white goods (large appliances).
Yes — most non‑hazardous materials can be mixed. Heavy materials like dirt, concrete, or shingles may require a dedicated load.
Keep debris level with the top (there are “fill line” indicators on each dumpster).
Use the rear door for heavy items (easy to load).
Spread weight evenly.
Avoid blocking the door hinges.
Blocked dumpsters on scheduled pickup days will be assessed a $65.00 trip charge.
For deliveries that are 30-50 miles, add $50.
Any loads over two Tons will be billed at 95.00 per ton. A scan of the certified scale ticket will be provided to provide transparency.
Prohibited items (see “not allowed” listed previously) subject to 150.00 disposal fee + any fines associated.
